1. Acceptance

By accessing or using jasonwilhite.com (the “Site”) or any membership service offered by Jason Wilhite Holdings, L.C. (“we,” “us,” or “Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or any of our services.

2. Educational Content Only

All content on this Site — including courses, webinars, podcast episodes, resource vault assets, templates, and coaching materials — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, tax, investment, credit, or financial advice. Always consult a licensed professional qualified in your jurisdiction before making any business, financial, or legal decision.

3. Membership & Subscriptions

Paid memberships are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

You may cancel your membership at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-period refunds are issued. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 10-day free trial of Startup Membership. No credit card is required to start a free trial; if you add payment during the trial, you won’t be charged until it ends. Trial access is limited to one account per person; creating multiple accounts to extend trial access is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, course materials, templates, scripts, branding, and other materials provided through this Site are the exclusive property of Jason Wilhite Holdings, L.C. or its licensors. You may use downloaded materials solely for your own personal, non-commercial business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from any membership content.

6. Amazon Associates

Jason Wilhite Holdings, L.C. is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. Links to Amazon products may generate a commission at no additional cost to you.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: share login credentials, circumvent access controls, scrape or reproduce membership content, impersonate Jason Wilhite or the Company, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue, or result from use of the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jason Wilhite Holdings, L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
