Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed version of your password. We never store your password in plain text.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We store only your Stripe Customer ID and subscription status — we never see or store your full card number.

Usage data: We log your last-active timestamp to provide relevant re-engagement emails. We do not sell behavioral data to third parties.

Contact & lead forms: If you fill out a contact form or register for a webinar, we collect your name and email to respond and send relevant notifications.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and membership
• To process payments and send billing notifications
• To send transactional emails (welcome, verification, password reset)
• To send membership-related emails (webinar reminders, newsletters, nurture sequences)
• To improve the platform and diagnose technical issues

We do not sell your personal information.

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We may also use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand aggregate site usage. Analytics data is not linked to your account. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect login functionality.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us. Payment records may be retained as required by applicable law.

We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit, bcrypt password hashing, and access-controlled database connections. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
