California Privacy Notice (CCPA/CPRA)

This Notice for California Residents supplements the information contained in our global Privacy Policy and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California. We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA).

 

1. Information We Collect

In the preceding 12 months, the Company has collected the following categories of personal information for the purposes of managing business incorporation and the Project development:

Identifiers:

Real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, IP address, email address, passport number (for EB-5 verification).


Sensitive Personal Information:

Social Security numbers, precise geolocation, and financial account information.


Professional/Employment Information:

Current or past job history and business ownership details.


Inferences:

Profiles reflecting a consumer’s investment preferences and risk tolerance.

 

2. Your Rights Under the CPRA

As a California resident, you have specific rights regarding your personal information:

Right to Know:

The right to request that we disclose what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and "sell" (note: we do not sell your data).


Right to Delete:

The right to request the deletion of personal information, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., if we need the data to complete the "Full-Service Incorporation" you purchased or for federal EB-5 compliance).


Right to Correct:

The right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.


Right to Opt-Out of Sharing:

The right to direct us not to "share" your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.


Right to Limit Use of Sensitive PI:

The right to limit our use of sensitive personal information to that which is necessary to perform the services reasonably expected by an average consumer.

 

3. Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CPRA rights. We will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality.
